SAN MATEO, CA - Ohlone College Men's Basketball won both days of the CSM Winter Classic in convincing fashion. The Renegades won 72-53 against Lassen College behind a balanced attack from the starting five. All five starters finished with double digit scoring and the Renegades held Lassen College to only 20 points in the second half, showing again why they have been ranked among the best defenses in the state. Ohlone College finished the game with 22 assists as a team for 25 field goals for the game.
The next day, Ohlone College beat College of the Siskiyous 95-71 in one of their highest scoring offensive performances of the year. Ohlone was led by sophomores Kiratraj Sanghera and Kevin London who finished with 18 and 15 points, respectively.
Ohlone College begins Coast-North conference play on Wednesday, January 7 against College of San Mateo at 6PM at home, in Epler Gymnasium.
