Anderson’s Masterclass Leads Renegades to Dominant 7-1 Victory Over Folsom Lake
FREMONT, Calif. — Behind a masterful complete-game performance from ace Matthew Anderson, the Ohlone College Renegades (37-6) secured a convincing 7-1 victory over Folsom Lake (30-14) on Thursday night at "The OC."
Anderson Silences the Falcons
Matthew Anderson (12-1) was the undisputed story of the game. Anderson dismantled the Folsom Lake lineup with clinical precision, throwing a complete-game two-hitter that left the visitors searching for answers.

Anderson's efficiency was on full display as he faced only 31 batters, surrendering a lone run in the 6th inning before immediately regaining control to retire the side. His 12th win of the season further cements his status as the backbone of the Renegades' pitching staff.
Early Power and Offensive Surge
The Ohlone offense provided early and ample support for their ace. Julian Cambra opened the scoring in the bottom of the 2nd with a towering solo home run, setting the tone for the evening.
The Renegades broke the game open in the 3rd inning, putting up a four-spot highlighted by a two-RBI double from Joaquin Stuart. Teo Thompson was a force at the plate all night, finishing a perfect 3-for-3 with a double and two RBIs.

Game Flow
Ohlone's defense remained flawless, committing zero errors behind Anderson's 10-strikeout performance. Folsom Lake's Trajan Rogowski managed an RBI single in the 6th to break the shutout, but the Renegades answered immediately in the bottom half of the frame with RBI hits from Cam Hegamin and Thompson to push the lead to its final 7-1 margin.
